Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management, product development, or closely related experience.
• Experience in process re-engineering or transformation work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand use cases and industry trends.
• Collaborate with architects and technologists to influence solution design and delivery approach.
• Define product strategy, vision, and a prioritized roadmap of enhancements and new capabilities.
• Lead discovery and research to identify customer problems and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align teams on what good looks like.
• Establish product success metrics and analyze performance to inform prioritization and iteration.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive execution to deliver high-quality releases.
• Deliver product demos and run product reviews to capture feedback and improve outcomes.
• Coordinate release management activities and ensure issues are tracked, prioritized, and remediated quickly.
• Validate features meet specifications through testing support and readiness checks.
• Conduct governance reviews and implement a plan for continuous service improvement.
