Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management, product development, or closely related experience.
• Experience with process re-engineering or transformation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive materials.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and deliver in a matrix organization.
• Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
• Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive prioritization.
• Knowledge of product development lifecycle, platform design, software architecture, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to translate user needs into a prioritized roadmap.
• Define measurable success metrics and guide delivery through Agile/Scrum models.
• Influence solution design, integrations, and delivery approaches with architects and technologists.
• Lead discovery and research to identify customer problems and translate insights into opportunities.
• Elicit and document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Establish product success metrics and analyze performance to inform prioritization.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive execution to deliver high-quality releases.
• Deliver product demos and run product reviews to capture feedback.
• Coordinate release management and ensure issues are tracked and remediated quickly.
• Validate features meet specifications through testing support and readiness checks.
• Conduct governance reviews and implement continuous service improvement.
