Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the credit delivery process from start to finish through partnerships with Credit Operations.
• Lead and develop a team of Credit Officers and Analysts, ensuring high service levels and credit quality.
• Oversee team capacity and ensure target metric goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies, focusing on cost-efficient credit delivery.
