Responsibilities

• Grow on-balance sheet deposits, loan commitments, and non-interest income while managing credit risk
• Leverage VC and entrepreneurial networks to generate new loan clients
• Analyze and underwrite key credit documents and present to loan committee
• Manage documentation, negotiate terms, and close credit requests
• Adhere to compliance training and regulatory requirements
• Develop less experienced bankers and analysts in your area
• Follow established policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
