Job summary

Customers Bank is seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager at the VP or SVP level to join our West Coast Venture Banking team, focused on life science and healthcare. This senior role originates and deepens relationships with venture-backed companies in therapeutics, diagnostics, and devices.

As a trusted advisor, you will partner with founders, management teams and VC investors, deliver tailored financial solutions, and work with treasury products while expanding your professional

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years venture banking or related experience for VP level.
Minimum 8–10 years venture banking or related experience for SVP level.
Originate and grow new client relationships with venture-backed life science and healthcare companies.
Deliver tailored financial solutions and partner across treasury products.

Responsibilities

Originate and deepen relationships with venture-backed life science and healthcare companies.
Source deals through a disciplined pipeline and sponsor network.
Present venture lending solutions with credit officers and monitor portfolio risk.
Build presence with VC/PE sponsors and represent the firm at sector events.
Collaborate across treasury products to meet evolving client needs.
