Qualifications

• 10+ years of urology experience in operations.

• Experience with RCM and EMR optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the urology service line across 40 sites in South Florida.
• Oversee site management, performance, and recruitment strategy.
• Ensure EMR (ModMed) utilization and RCM performance.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition to drive results.
