Job summary

SunState Medical Specialists, part of OneOncology, seeks a Vice President of Radiation Oncology to lead a 25-physician service line across 25 Florida centers. Report to the CEO, you will drive site performance, physician recruitment, EMR optimization, and standardize practices across sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of radiation oncology experience, including 5+ years leading multi-site operations at director level or above.
Proven experience leading multiple layers of management across a large, dispersed footprint.
Working knowledge of RCM and EMR optimization.

Responsibilities

Build physician relationships and trust across multiple sites.
Lead regional/area managers and center managers; set expectations and develop leaders.
Drive revenue, expense, and productivity targets; partner with Finance on reviews and capital planning.
Expand capabilities and partnerships with medical oncology, urology, and referral partners.
Lead radiation oncologist recruitment and retention efforts.
Oversee EMR usage and revenue cycle processes across all sites.
