Job summary

OneOncology is seeking a Vice President of Urology to lead the SunState Medical Specialists urology service line across South Florida. You will drive site performance, physician recruitment strategy, EMR utilization, and RCM optimization while uniting multiple sites into a single SMS urology practice with consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of urology practice or service-line operations.
• 5+ years leading multi-site operations at director level or above.
• Working knowledge of RCM and EMR optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS urology service line across 40+ sites.
• Manage physician recruitment and onboarding.
• Drive EMR utilization and RCM performance.
• Develop and execute growth strategy for urology.
• Partner with Finance on monthly performance reviews.
