SunState Medical Specialists, part of OneOncology, seeks a Vice President of Urology to lead the urology service line across South Florida. The role oversees site management, physician recruitment, EMR utilization, and operational performance across ~40 sites with a focus on consistent standards and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• 10+ years of urology experience in practice or service line operations, including 5+ years leading multi-site operations at the director level or above.
• Proven experience leading multiple layers of management across a large, dispersed footprint.
• Working knowledge of RCM and EMR optimization.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted relationships with urologists; visit sites regularly and advocate for physicians.
• Lead regional/area managers and site managers; set expectations and develop leaders.
• Standardize clinic templates, patient access, staffing models, and clinic flow.
• Drive revenue, expense and productivity targets; partner with Finance on monthly reviews.
• Develop and execute the urology growth strategy; strengthen referrals and payer relationships.
• Oversee EMR and RCM optimization; ensure front-end and coding accuracy.
