SunState Medical Specialists (SMS) is seeking a Vice President of Urology to lead a 50-urologist service line across 40 sites in South Florida. The VP will partner with central SMS teams and report to the CEO, driving site management, performance, recruitment strategy, EMR utilization, and best practices.

The role requires building trust with physicians, standardizing operations, and unifying SMS urology under a single identity with consistent standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in urology practice or service line operations, including multi-site leadership at director level or above.
• Experience leading multiple layers of management across a large dispersed footprint.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional/area managers and site managers; set expectations and develop leaders.
• Standardize clinic templates, patient access, staffing models, and clinic flow; drive improvement at underperforming sites.
• Drive standardized EMR usage (ModMed) and optimize RCM across sites.
• Partner with Finance for monthly reviews and report results to the CEO.
• Oversee physician recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
