Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead SMS radiation oncology across 25 centers.
• Oversee site management, staffing, and equipment uptime.
• Drive revenue, expense, and productivity targets with Finance.
• Develop recruitment strategy and onboarding for physicians.
• Collaborate with central SMS teams and ensure unified practice.
