SunState Medical Specialists, part of OneOncology, seeks a Vice President of Radiation Oncology to lead a 25-site, 25-center radiotherapy network across Florida. You will drive site management, physician recruitment, EMR utilization, and service-line growth, uniting centers under a single SMS Radiation Oncology practice.

The role requires a strong track record in multi-site leadership, relationship-building with physicians, and strategic operational execution.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years of radiation oncology experience, including 5+ years leading multi-site operations at director level or above.
• Working knowledge of RCM and EMR optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Build and sustain physician relationships across sites; resolve issues and provide a unified practice voice.
• Lead regional/area managers and center managers; set expectations and develop leaders.
• Drive revenue, expense, and productivity targets; partner with Finance on reviews and capital planning.
• Expand capabilities and strengthen integration with medical oncology, urology, and referral partners.
