Job summary

Selective Insurance seeks a seasoned leader to oversee regional underwriting quality across field operations and MUSIC. You will plan and execute regional reviews, aggregate results, identify trends, and coordinate with SBUs and LOBs for improvement.

You will author SOX process documentation and provide quarterly certifications as Corporate Process Owner, guiding action plans with regions and reporting findings to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage quarterly underwriting reviews and identify trends.
• Coordinate with legal for compliance alignment in underwriting processes.
• Lead region reviews and wrap-ups with SBUs and LOBs.
• Develop action plans with regions to close gaps within timeframes.
• Provide updates on enterprise findings to the Board.
