Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing underwriting team.
• Analyze pricing adequacy and negotiate terms with agencies and brokers.
• Drive profitability through strategic planning and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Actuarial, Claims and Risk Control to optimize book results.
• Influence underwriting authority, guidelines, and pricing strategies across the region.
