Summary

We are seeking a proactive and execution-focused Business Operations Manager / Director to support our U.S. business expansion under the direct leadership of the COO. In this role, you will serve as a key driver converting strategic goals into daily operational excellence, overseeing retail store launches, E-commerce operations, cross-functional logistics, and team management in the U.S. market.

Essential Duties

• Execute daily business operations under the direction of the COO to ensure alignment with company growth targets.
• Support end-to-end retail expansion, including vendor coordination, site preparation, and store operations setup.
• Manage and scale E-commerce channel performance, including promotional execution and customer management.
• Serve as a key communication link between local U.S. vendors/teams and headquarters in Japan.
• Track operational KPIs, monitor budgets, and analyze operational performance to drive continuous improvement.
