Job summary

QUICK USA seeks a COO candidate to lead the U.S. business, overseeing strategy, e-commerce growth, and retail expansion. You will drive P&L, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and report to the international division in Japan to scale the brand in the United States.

Initial training will occur in Fukuoka, Japan before U.S. placement. The role is full-time and based in Torrance, CA with a competitive salary package and health insurance benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Experience formulating and executing business strategies in international markets.
• Proven track record of developing, executing, and managing business plans for overseas subsidiaries, with hands-on problem solving.
• Experience in E-commerce business management is highly preferred.
• Strong business management skills, including P&L oversight, progress management, and business intelligence/analysis.
• Proven leadership and management ability to lead a team toward goal achievement.
• Proficient English communication skills to smoothly run local operations.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute U.S. market strategies in collaboration with the Japan division.
• Manage and expand E-commerce growth and website operations.
• Lead the U.S. retail expansion from site selection to daily operations.
• Develop and monitor business plans, manage P&L for sustainable growth.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
• Coordinate inter-departmental efforts and supervise administrative functions.
