Job summary

BMO Capital Markets is seeking a Vice President to join the Corporate Hedging Solutions team in New York. You will focus on origination, marketing and execution of interest rate derivative solutions for U.S. corporate clients, supporting revenue generation and client engagement.

The ideal candidate has fixed income, IR/FX sales experience, and a strong analytical foundation with a drive to win business and build relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Interest Rates or Foreign Exchange sales with a strong understanding of Fixed Income markets.
• Experience working directly with corporate clients and ability to explain hedging strategies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination and negotiation support for interest rate derivatives and hedging strategies.
• Marketing of BMO capabilities and development of client relationships.
• Pricing, execution and risk management across rate products with internal partners.
