Logixs Search is seeking a Vice President of Truckload in New York to lead its truckload brokerage division. This role demands over 5 years of experience in the truckload transportation sector and strong North American knowledge. Responsibilities include managing a freight portfolio, negotiating rates, and building long-term relationships while driving team accountability. The company offers a commission structure and a collaborative culture, making it an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in truckload transportation or brokerage.
• Strong knowledge of North American truckload (dry van & flatbed).
• Proven ability to build long-term customer and carrier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the truckload brokerage division.
• Manage and expand an existing freight portfolio.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with customers and carriers.
• Build and maintain a strong, reliable carrier network.
• Partner with Sales to execute high-level customer service.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop operations talent.
• Drive accountability, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
