• Identify and coordinate cross-sell opportunities with Coverage Partners.
• Build networks and collaborate with overseas Citibank branches.
• Conduct monthly win/loss analysis and ensure MIS systems are up to date.
• Support a culture of responsible finance, governance, and ethics.
