Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Association Management, or related field.
• Advanced degree or executive-level certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a corporate or association setting.
• Experience leading a major business function with strategy, budgets, staff leadership, and measurable outcomes.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead North American Travel Trade Membership operations with budgets, plans, and reporting.
• Provide data-driven insights to support membership strategy and revenue growth.
• Develop staff and foster succession planning and professional development.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align membership initiatives with strategy and partnerships.
• Oversee governance of AMS, CRM, dashboards, and BI to drive growth and retention.
• Manage programs, sponsorships, events, and member-facing initiatives with performance metrics.
