You will lead analytics, member lifecycle management, and partnerships initiatives, ensuring operational excellence, governance, and cross-functional alignment with industry strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, Association Management, or a related field.
• Ten (10)+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in corporate, travel trade, tourism, hospitality, association, or revenue-generating organizations.
• Demonstrated experience leading a major function with accountability for strategy, planning, budgets, staff leadership, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of AMS, CRM, data governance, BI tools, and operational analytics.
• Experience designing workflows, dashboards, KPIs, and process improvements for member growth and retention.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for diverse audiences.

• Lead operational management of North American Travel Trade Membership, including plans, budgeting, forecasting, policies, processes, systems, reporting, and performance outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support membership strategy, business model evolution, and priorities.
• Develop and direct staff with daily activities, performance expectations, coaching, and professional growth.
• Collaborate to implement membership strategies that increase value, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Serve as expert in Travel Trade Membership operations, analytics, lifecycle management, systems, and reporting.
