Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Vice President of Transformation and Shared Services to partner with the COO in driving enterprise transformation, shared services optimization, and scalable operating models across the region.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage client implementations, and embed continuous improvement to deliver productivity, cost savings, and enhanced client value while traveling up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in operations leadership, business transformation, Shared Services, or enterprise program management.
• VP of Operations or senior ops executive experience, preferably in a B2B services organization.
• Strong program management, governance, risk, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and senior leaders to prioritize enterprise initiatives and translate strategy into plans, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Shared Services optimization and operating model redesign, resource alignment, and service delivery improvements.
• Redesign, simplify, standardize, consolidate, or automate processes while protecting quality and client experience.
• Embed continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to deliver productivity and cost gains.
• Own strategic initiatives from prioritization to execution, risk management, adoption, and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional delivery of new client implementations and transitions, aligning resources and timelines.
• Represent SPS in client discussions involving implementations and strategic reviews.
