Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division seeks a Vice President for its Risk Management team to negotiate, draft, and execute trading agreements with institutional clients. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess complex client requests across equity derivatives, prime brokerage, securities lending and related documents.

A J.D. is required; 3+ years negotiating trading agreements at broker/dealer, buy-side, or law firm.

Qualificações

• 3+ years experience negotiating trading agreements at broker/dealer, buy-side firm and/or law firm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Contract drafting experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate full suite of trading agreements including ISDA Master Agreements and related docs.
• Liaise with Sales, Legal, Risk and Onboarding teams to close negotiations.
• Manage interactions with hedge funds, banks, funds and other clients.
• Act as primary point of contact with clients and counsel for negotiations.
• Stay current with industry rules and regulatory developments.
