You will structure and price derivative transactions, manage hedges, and analyze markets to support trading decisions in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in equity derivatives trading.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand, value, and manage complex derivative payoffs and risk exposures.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ownership and accountability.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn quickly and take on increasing responsibility across the business.

Responsibilities

• Structure and price derivative transactions for corporate and wealth management clients.
• Manage and hedge the desk’s trading books daily in collaboration with traders and brokers.
• Perform fundamental and market-driven analysis of equities and market conditions to assess risk and guide trading decisions.
• Partner with Global Capital Markets and other derivatives desks to develop client solutions and generate new business.
• Drive strategic technology and infrastructure initiatives with desk strategists and technology teams.
