Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a trading agreement negotiator for the Institutional Equity Division. You will handle negotiation, drafting and execution of ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, prime brokerage and other trading-related agreements, liaising with legal, risk and onboarding teams.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of experience in trading agreements, strong communication, and contract drafting capabilities, with JD required.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years’ experience negotiating trading agreements at broker/dealer, buy-side firm or law firm.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines on multiple projects.
• Contract drafting experience and proactive communication with senior team members.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate full suite of trading agreements including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes and related documents.
• Interact with IED Sales and Trading desks and Firm’s Legal, Risk, Credit and Onboarding teams.
• Serve as primary contact with clients and counsel for negotiations; manage industry rules/regulations updates.
