Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Documentation Negotiator within the Institutional Securities Documentation Team (FID) to focus on ISDA and repo trading agreements. The role supports daily collaboration with Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Legal, and Operations, engaging with clients and counsel.

Open to Associate or Vice President levels based on experience, with emphasis on ISDA Master Agreements and repurchase agreements.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating ISDA Master Agreements and related trading documentation.
• Strong drafting, reviewing and negotiating capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate legal trading documentation (master agreements, CSAs, amendments, ancillary docs).
• Prioritize and manage an active book of client negotiations with internal stakeholders and counsel.
• Coordinate with Sales & Trading, Risk Management, Legal, Operations and other stakeholders on documentation terms.
