Job summary

JPMorgan Asset Management, a leading asset management organization, seeks a Vice President to independently manage complex institutional contract matters from intake to execution. You will draft, review, and negotiate agreements, synthesize client feedback, and provide decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will guide junior team members, drive improvements in the contracting operating model, and support controls and consistency across the agreement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in contracts or related roles.
• Ability to independently interpret and negotiate complex terms.
• Strong executive-level writing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex institutional contracts from intake to execution.
• Draft and review agreements using templates and exhibits.
• Lead negotiations with clients and counsel on terms.
• Analyze redlines and prepare recommended positions.
• Advise stakeholders with concise recommendations and next steps.
• Maintain audit-ready records and manage workflow pipelines.
• Lead process improvements across templates and playbooks.
