You will architect modular frameworks, drive cross‑functional delivery, and embed HITL controls across trading desks.

The role requires deep platform leadership, advanced program management, and experience with time‑series data, MLOps, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management or platform engineering within fintech/enterprise software.
• Experience leading multi‑team infrastructure projects and integrating central platform capabilities.
• Proven ability to define modular architectures, open plugins, APIs, and SDKs.
• Hands‑on with HITL governance, dashboards, and real‑time monitoring interfaces.
• Experience with enterprise MLOps, feature stores, data cataloging, and lineage tracking.
• Familiarity with time‑series data infrastructure and high‑frequency data processing.
• Knowledge of autonomous agent design patterns and quantitative trading concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide platform leadership and drive end‑to‑end program execution for the central platform.
• Lead integration of platform infrastructure with desk‑specific applications and strategies.
• Define adoption metrics, DX, throughput, and reliability across internal client groups.
• Coordinate across Quantitative Research, Core Technology, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, and Risk Governance.
• Develop extensible frameworks with SDKs/APIs and plugin standards.
• Ensure HITL controls and UI dashboards with real‑time visibility and audit trails.
• Maintain compliance with Model Risk Management and regulatory standards.
