Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President - Technical Program Manager to drive the vision and execution of a centralized Autonomous Alpha Generation Platform in New York. Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical program management, platform engineering or enterprise software delivery in fintech.
• Proven track record delivering multi-team infrastructure projects and integrating central platforms.
• Experience defining modular platforms, plugin frameworks, APIs and SDKs.
• Hands-on in HITL governance, UI/UX dashboards, and monitoring interfaces.
• Background in enterprise ML/MLOps, data cataloging, model registries and lineage.
• Familiarity with quantitative trading concepts and time-series data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for central platform with milestones and release schedules.
• Coordinate integration of platform into desk-specific applications and strategies.
• Define HITL control points, governance gates and real-time intervention capabilities.
• Architect extensible framework interfaces, SDKs, APIs, and plug-in standards.
• Oversee data and MLOps infrastructure, including data lineage and catalogs.
