Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to lead Data Platform initiatives in our Data Engineering group. You will own roadmaps, drive cross‑functional programs, and manage risk, budgets, and delivery of data curation, APIs, and the Lakehouse platform.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and business partners to deliver value at scale. You will apply deep data and CS concepts to solve complex problems, influence strategy, and enable AI‑driven workflows across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of technical program or project management experience delivering complex engineering programs.
• Strong SQL, relational/analytical databases, data modelling concepts, APIs, and public cloud knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and define milestones with engineering leads.
• Run the commitment book and drive closures with multiple stakeholders.
• Own the risk book of work and coordinate with Risk, Audit, and Compliance teams.
• Lead cross‑cutting programs end to end including data model, API rollouts, and AI enablement.
• Establish relationships with divisional partners and drive cost efficiency for the Lakehouse estate.
