Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Vice President – Technical Program Manager to lead the Autonomous Alpha Generation Platform. You will drive vision, program execution, and cross-functional delivery, unifying research, engineering, and business teams in a scalable central infrastructure.

This role emphasizes modular architecture, HITL controls, and enterprise-grade data, with dashboards and controls for real-time visibility and governance across trading desks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management and platform delivery within financial tech or investment banking.
• Experience leading multi-team infrastructure projects and integrating central capabilities into desks.
• Ability to define modular architectures, APIs, SDKs, and plugin frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with HITL, UI/UX dashboards, and governance checkpoints.
• Familiarity with enterprise MLOps, feature stores, model registries, and data lineage.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end program management for the central platform with milestones and release plans.
• Lead integration of platform infrastructure into desk-specific applications and strategies.
• Define metrics for platform adoption, DX, throughput, and reliability across teams.
• Coordinate across Quantitative Research, Core Technology, Data Engineering, and Risk Governance.
