Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• 15+ Years experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, P&C systems, HRIS, workforce analytics, executive compensation, and/or P&C operations

Aufgaben

• Develops and implements an integrated Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy that aligns with the company’s business objectives, culture, talent strategy, and long-term growth priorities.
• Oversees the design, execution, and governance of compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, incentive, and executive compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Leads the strategy, optimization, and administration of P&C technology platforms, including HRIS, talent systems, learning systems, reporting and analytics tools, and other P&C-related technologies.
• Provides strategic guidance to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, Board and Board Committee partners, P&C leaders, and business leaders on Total Rewards, executive compensation, workforce analytics, systems strategy, and related governance matters.
