Southwire Company, LLC is a leading North American wire and cable producer. We are seeking a People & Culture leader to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and values. You will partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, development, performance, and an inclusive workplace culture.

The role oversees HRIS and compliance, coaches managers, and leads change initiatives to support growth and transformation across the organization in Fort Worth, Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; SHRM certification preferred.
• 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
• 8–11 years of experience preferred for leadership in HR.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) encouraged.
• Experience leading People & Culture initiatives and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute P&C strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee P&C policy development, implementation and compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, performance management and benefits administration.
• Drive an inclusive, engaging workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage HRIS, reporting and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
