Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Specialized Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MBA or related field preferred.
5–7 years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, or related People & Culture functions.

Responsibilities

Facilitates talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational capability assessments across assigned functions.
Partners with HR leaders and Centers of Expertise to identify opportunities and development priorities.
Develops insights, metrics, dashboards, and reports to support workforce planning and data-driven decisions.
Coordinates leadership development and high-potential talent programs to support engagement and retention.
Supports performance management processes, calibration activities, and talent analytics.
Leads cross-functional projects from planning to implementation and evaluates program effectiveness.
