Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a senior leader to drive the strategy and implementation of Total Rewards and P&C technology across the enterprise. You will oversee compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, and executive programs while ensuring governance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with executive leadership, IT, Finance, Legal, and People & Culture to align programs with business goals, drive workforce analytics, and optimize technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Specialized degree in HR, business, finance, IT, or related field preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or P&C operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements an integrated Total Rewards and P&C technology strategy.
• Oversees compensation, benefits, retirement, wellness, recognition, and executive compensation programs.
• Leads strategy, optimization, and administration of P&C technology platforms (HRIS, talent, learning, analytics).
• Provides strategic guidance to CEO and leadership on Total Rewards, analytics, and governance.
• Ensures data integrity, security, and compliance across all P&C systems.
• Collaborates with IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders for seamless integration and governance.
• Manages relationships with external vendors and service partners for high-quality delivery.
• Executes communication and change management strategies to drive adoption.
• Leads, develops, and coaches a high-performing Total Rewards and P&C team.
