Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards to design and evolve our total rewards strategy across a decentralized workforce of hourly and salaried employees. You will lead compensation, benefits, HR systems, and people analytics, partnering with the executive team on mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities.

You will build scalable programs from the ground up, ensure pay equity, manage HRIS integrations (including ADP), and guide leadership through data-driven

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience with depth in total rewards.
• 2+ years as head of Total Rewards or senior leadership.
• Experience in multi-site, high-growth or PE-backed organizations.
• Experience leading HR due diligence in M&A transactions.
• Experience with AI-enabled HR analytics tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a company-wide compensation philosophy and salary structures.
• Design, launch, and manage short- and long-term incentive programs.
• Oversee benefits programs and ensure compliance with ERISA and laws.
• Lead HR due diligence and integration for acquisitions.
• Develop HR dashboards and KPIs to measure HR performance.
• Evaluate HRIS options and drive data integrity across systems.
• Develop, document, and maintain HR policies and handbook.
