Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a visionary Vice President for Token Authentication Solutions to lead the development and deployment of authentication methods on tokenized transactions. You will shape strategy, own the framework, and collaborate across engineering, product, and partners to deliver secure, seamless digital payments globally.

The role requires senior leadership in digital payments, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive adoption at scale within the Mastercard

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership experience in digital payments, authentication, identity, tokenization, or adjacent technology-led sectors.
• Strong track record of defining product strategy and translating vision into business growth, adoption, product scale, and measurable outcomes.
• Deep understanding of tokenized transactions, authentication flows, and Mastercard ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering leadership to build scalable, resilient platforms, services, and delivery models.
• Experience with digital commerce products, APIs, developer ecosystems, customer-facing solutions, and implementation models that support adoption at scale.
• Strong people leadership skills, with a record of building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams across geographies and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead token authentication solutions definition, investment priorities, product roadmap, and executive alignment.
• Scale authentication solutions across tokenized transactions including card-on-file and guest checkout.
• Evolve token authentication framework and B2B/B2C services for acceptance partners and issuers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, regional, commercial, legal, and operations to translate strategy into requirements and drive adoption.
• Represent Mastercard with customers, partners, industry bodies, and standards organizations such as FIDO and W3C.
• Build and lead a high-performing product organization with customer focus and inclusive collaboration.
