Qualifications

• Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Strong proficiency in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance and accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong project management skills including organization, planning and follow-through.
• Able to work independently and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Good knowledge of BI tools and experience with financial systems (Hyperion, Oracle) preferred.
• Advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Business Partner agenda for Blockchain & Digital Currencies, advising product and engineering leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across revenues, expenses, investments, and integration costs.
• Own executive-level financial performance management, including month-end close and variance analysis.
• Set the finance strategy and cadence for Blockchain & Digital Currencies with KPIs and reporting routines.
• Lead finance integration strategy and governance for strategic transactions and partnerships.
• Provide sponsorship for FP&A, Controllership, Tax, Treasury, HR, Legal, Sourcing and other workstreams.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate new products, partnerships, and business cases.
• Develop executive-ready materials and performance narratives for leadership.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen financial discipline and forecast accuracy.
• Coach and develop the Blockchain & Digital Currencies finance team.
