Mastercard Checkout Services team is building the future of digital commerce by making online payments more secure, seamless, and trusted. Tokenization and authentication are strategic pillars of that vision across all digital payment use cases, such as card on file checkout, guest checkout, and Agentic commerce.
We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Vice President, Token Authentication Solutions to lead the development and deployment of Mastercard's suite of authentication methods enabled on tokenized transactions, such as payment passkeys and enhanced data sharing.
This leader will be responsible for managing the token authentication framework and enhancing the token authentication service that allows merchants to access secure and seamless token authentication solutions. The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of product strategy, product development, issuer and merchant partnerships, standardization and integration of emerging authentication technologies such as Digital Payment Credentials.
This leadership role requires strong business acumen, product leadership, ecosystem influence, and the ability to develop and deploy innovative products.
In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
