Responsibilities

Serve as the risk advisor for the Outsourcing Risk program and framework with clear guidance.
Provide independent assessments of supplier risk observations and mitigation strategies.
Advise on supplier resiliency and action exit plans to be actionable and measurable.
Define governance for supplier AI usage to support compliant framework adoption.
Lead risk decisioning forums and document decisions with follow-through.
Identify process and control improvements to reduce risk and increase transparency.
Prepare executive-ready risk reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
