Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, risk management, controls, governance, operations or change management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and executive-level visibility.
• Working knowledge of risk and control principles, including issue identification, escalation and remediation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for governance routines and executive materials.
• Ability to translate evolving risk and business needs into priorities, processes and deliverables.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships across business, risk, controls, operations and technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead program governance for a portfolio of continuous-improvement initiatives with integrated plans and performance measures.
• Drive operational excellence into day-to-day processes and reporting frameworks.
• Deliver concise executive status reporting highlighting progress, outcomes, concerns, trade-offs and actions.
• Identify, assess, escrow and monitor third-party risk signals and translate insights into prioritization decisions.
• Mature event and incident management practices with clear escalation paths and actionable follow-ups.
• Partner with business, risk, controls, operations and technology teams to align priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
