JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President-level Third-Party Risk Advisory within Corporate Third-Party Oversight Risk Management.

You will serve as a key risk advisor to business and functional stakeholders and act as the main contact for third-party risk observations, issues, and advisory guidance. You will lead discussions with owners, governance forums, and control partners to drive timely supplier actions and maintain control effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in audit, compliance, oversight & controls, Third Party Risk Management, IT risk, or operational risk (minimum 5 years).
Knowledge of third party oversight and related control functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Well-organized, independent self-starter with strong prioritization.
Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

Serve as risk advisor for Outsourcing Risk program and guidance.
Provide independent assessments of supplier and third-party risk and recommend mitigation.
Advise on supplier resiliency and operational resilience, reviewing exit plans.
Define and maintain risk advisory guidance and governance for supplier AI usage.
Lead risk decisioning forums and ensure follow-through on actions.
Identify and implement process and control improvements within CTPO Risk Management.
Prepare executive-ready risk reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
