Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; Master’s a plus.
• 5+ years in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare) preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of frameworks (OCC, FFIEC, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and GRC tools.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen third-party risk assessment and control environment.
• Lead third-party assurance programs aligned to risk appetite and regulatory changes.
• Prepare reports and metrics on risk trends and program effectiveness for leadership.
• Collaborate with control owners to define cyber, technology, and data control requirements for third-party relationships.
• Coordinate with Global Supplier Services, Tech Risk and Controls, Product Security, and GRC leads to promote collaboration.
• Leverage enterprise AI for risk evidence synthesis and executive-ready reporting, ensuring data handling compliance.
• Promote AI-assisted, reuse-first approaches to testing and remediation with human oversight.
• Maintain awareness of industry threats and best practices to keep the program cutting-edge.
