Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in audit, compliance, oversight & controls, Third Party Risk Management, IT risk, or operational risk.
• Experience with third party oversight, inter-affiliate arrangements, technology, risk, legal, compliance, procurement or related control functions.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Strong ownership, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as risk advisor for Outsourcing Risk program; provide guidance on requirements.
• Assess supplier and third-party risk observations, identify gaps, and propose mitigations.
• Advise on supplier resiliency and operational resilience; review exit plans.
• Define and maintain risk advisory governance for supplier AI usage.
• Lead risk decisioning forums; document decisions and ensure action follow-through.
• Identify process and control improvements within CTPO Risk Management.
• Prepare executive-ready risk reporting for leadership and stakeholders.
