Job summary

Blue Engine in Tennessee seeks a Vice President of Program to build and lead the statewide division, delivering measurable statewide implementation impact, building local capacity, and growing regional revenue.

Reporting to the Chief Product & People Officer, this leader will translate state priorities into a regional strategy, manage a distributed team, and cultivate partnerships with schools, LEAs, and funders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of senior K–12 leadership experience.
• Experience leading statewide, multi-district implementation.
• Ability to translate state priorities into regional strategy.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own Tennessee program implementation and impact; lead statewide partnership.
• Build and manage a Tennessee implementation team across regions.
• Generate sustainable revenue in Tennessee and surrounding region.
• Steward external relationships with state/LEA leaders and funders.
• Lead Tennessee divisional planning, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment.
