FourLeaf Federal Credit Union in Bethpage, NY seeks a senior leader to oversee first-line IT risk, controls, and governance. You will partner across technology, risk, audit, compliance, and business units to align risk management with strategic goals and regulatory expectations.

You will design and implement risk frameworks, dashboards, and reporting, lead a high-performing IT Risk & Compliance team, and drive technology program governance in a fast‑growing financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, information systems, risk management, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in senior IT leadership roles with risk/compliance focus.
• CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CGEIT, CISM are preferred certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for first-line IT risk management across all technology functions.
• Design and oversee risk management framework, controls, and reporting.
• Lead audit, examination, and issue management activities with internal and external partners.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT Risk & Compliance team.
