FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an executive leader to define and advance its enterprise technology architecture, strategic roadmap, and innovation agenda. You will align business priorities with technology investments to drive growth, efficiency, and member experience.

You will bridge business and technology, guide build-versus-buy decisions, and support modernization while partnering with executive leaders to identify emerging technologies and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, or leadership.
• 5+ years in senior leadership with enterprise-wide architecture and strategic planning.
• Demonstrated experience defining enterprise architecture frameworks and governing technology standards across large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards, governance processes, and enterprise framework across technology delivery teams.
• Establish target-state architectures aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Lead architecture review boards and governance forums; guide integration and modernization efforts.
• Develop architecture roadmaps and strategic plans; align priorities with corporate strategy and member experience.
