FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an accomplished executive to define and advance the enterprise technology architecture, strategic technology roadmap, and innovation agenda. You will bridge business priorities with IT investments, guide platform choices, and oversee governance across delivery teams.

You will lead modernization, manage risk, and align technology initiatives with member experience and operational goals, driving long-term value for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, systems design, or technology leadership.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role with responsibility for enterprise-wide technology architecture and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture standards, governance, and target-state roadmaps across the enterprise.
• Lead architecture review boards and alignment between business and IT goals.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy options and coordinate modernization and integration efforts.
• Partner with executives to identify emerging technologies and enable strategic roadmaps.
