Job summary

FourLeaf Federal Credit Union seeks an SVP/Chief Information Security Officer to lead the enterprise-wide information security and cybersecurity program. You will set strategy, governance, and risk controls to protect member data while enabling growth and innovation.

You will partner with 2LOD, oversee threat intelligence, incident response, third-party risk, and regulatory compliance, and report to executives and the board.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive information security, cybersecurity, risk management, or technology leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing enterprise cybersecurity programs.
• Experience overseeing governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Experience overseeing third-party cyber risk and vendor security assessment programs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise information security strategy, governance, policies, and standards.
• Lead cybersecurity operations including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
• Oversee third‑party risk management and vendor security assessments.
• Provide leadership and regular risk reporting to executives, board, and regulators.
