IEHP is seeking a Vice President of Technology Shared Services who will report to the Chief Digital and Information Officer. This role focuses on shaping and executing the enterprise strategy for IT Project Management and Quality Engineering, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience leading IT functions in a healthcare payer organization, and will enhance delivery of technology solutions aligned with IEHP’s mission.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant progressive experience leading IT Shared Services.
• 10+ years in leadership roles with success in large transformation initiatives.
• Experience with IT Shared Services functions in a healthcare payer organization.
